Common Problem
Will the sponge scratch delicate surfaces?
The low-density version is softer and suitable for mirrored and coated surfaces; the high-density version offers stronger cleaning power but should be used with caution on delicate surfaces. We'll recommend the appropriate density based on your intended use.
How durable is it?
Durability depends on the density and how it's used. To extend its lifespan, avoid soaking it in highly corrosive chemicals for extended periods.
Are Magic Erasers food safe?
You shouldn't use them on dishes or items you eat from, as bits of the polymer may be left behind. You should avoid formulas containing added fragrances or bleach. That said, as far as cleaning products go, the Magic Eraser is actually one of the safer options, especially considering how well it works.
