Melamine foam eraser sponge is a high-performance cleaning and insulation material made from melamine-formaldehyde resin through a special foaming process. Melamine foam has outstanding cleaning capabilities. Precautions for Use
- Although this product has a soft texture, it has relatively low tensile and tear resistance. Excessive pulling or vigorous rubbing may cause damage, especially when cleaning hard surfaces, where repeated friction can lead to rapid wear and a shorter service life. Therefore, avoid applying excessive force during use.
- The sponge can be used with water for cleaning; however, prolonged soaking will cause the pores to expand, weakening the structural integrity and potentially leading to loosening or disintegration. It is not suitable for underwater applications or environments with prolonged high humidity. After use, the sponge should be dried properly.
- During cleaning, melamine foam sponges may produce fine debris due to friction. It is recommended to wear gloves during operation.
- For industrial applications, melamine foam sponges require anti-aging treatment. Avoid prolonged exposure to ultraviolet (UV) light or humid environments to maintain product performance.
