High Density Composite Melamine Sponge

High density composite melamine sponge is a new type of foam material with a variety of excellent properties. It has a high-density structure with an open cell ratio of more than 99% and a three-dimensional network system formed by interconnecting microfibres. The density of high density composite melamine foam is usually between 16 - 64kg/m³. Normal sponges have a density of around 8kg/m³. The higher density provides better abrasion resistance, toughness and cleaning ability.
