Test Methods
Temperature Cycling Test
The tape is exposed to several cycles at different temperatures to observe changes in adhesion and peel strength. This evaluates the stability of the tape in a temperature varying environment.
Damp Heat Cycling Test
The tape is exposed to high temperatures and high humidity for a number of cycles to observe changes in adhesion and peel strength. This simulates actual use conditions in a humid environment.
UV Exposure Test
Adhesive tapes are exposed to UV light to observe changes in adhesion and peel strength. This simulates UV radiation in an outdoor environment.
